Ø      Visual inspection of instruments and materials to be installed and recorded those which are defective and locking.

Ø      Installation Inspection of System wiring of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Distribution Control

System (DCS) and ESD System Panel (ESD).

Ø      Coordination for Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of ABB Advent 460 DCS, ABB August PLC, Honeywell,

Ø      Foxboro, Yocogawa System, and Bentley Nevada 3500 vibration systems.

Ø      Assisting engineers and vendors in calibrating and checking the input / output module cards, electronic

alarm signaling unit (TES 20) for temperature and standard signals.

Ø      Process Electronic Controller (Proteomics 500/550), pneumatic controller and isolating IS Interface Units

(MT 4000 Series).

Ø      Witnessing of Loop testing and calibration of all instruments in field to each required setting and range

based on the Instrument Data Sheets. Calibration of Control Valve and checking if it is in working

condition and performing also valve stroking during loop checking on site to control room.

Ø      Participating commissioning group during the nearly completion of the project, works such as: System

testing, Instrument Installation, Instrument Tagging, final Loop checking during start-up of each units and Coordinate completion walk-downs.

Ø      Ability to read the piping and instrument Diagram (P&ID), Instrument Loop Diagram, Instrument Data

Sheet and Logic and Control Circuit Diagrams, Etc.

Ø      Redlining of all instrumentation drawing such as: P&ID, Instrument loop drawing, Logic drawing, DCS

and ESD Wiring and Interconnection diagram and having knowledge in Computer.

Ø         Participating commissioning group during the nearly completion of the project.
